Customer Service Officer
Job Summary
To answer calls and complete administration processes. The role primarily involves advising customers on the appropriate action to take in line with defined policies and processes, and to provide general information on services available to residence, to a first point of resolution where possible.
Key Deliverables and Targets
· Handle administration processes accurately and within service levels
· Handle telephony enquiries to a first point resolution within service levels
· Process service payments accurately in line with service levels
· Complete financial reconciliation in line with service levels
Key Skill Requirements
· Written and oral communication skills
· Customer service skills – empathy, understanding, problem solving, listening skills
· Positive negotiation skills
· Good attention to detail
· Computer literacy
· Numeric skills

Starting salary for all successful candidates is £12529pa.
