Temporary Secretary
A temporary Secretary is required for our city centre client. We are primarily looking for a person happy to work part time hours (9:00am to 13:00pm), but who will be available for full time if the workload dictates (14:00pm to 17:30pm Monday to Thursday & 14:00pm to 17:00pm Fridays).
Duties:
1. Answering and routing calls.
2. Typing of all correspondence (incl. fee notes, instructions, certificates etc.).
3. Collating weekly expenses.
4. Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail (post, facsimiles, e-mails).
5. Petty cash.
6. Inputting weekly timesheets and mileage expenses. Forwarding to accountant for wages at end of month.
7. Collating creditors outstanding.
8. Filing (administration, projects and product library items).
9. Keeping statement of account (i.e. chq’s, so’s dd’s etc). Forwarding and of month information to accountant.
10. Weekly back-up of computer.
This assignment is covering Wednesday 19/03/08 to Friday 25/04/08 inclusive.
Pay rate £7.25ph
