Customer Service Support
Blue Arrow’s client requires highly motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills who would like to progress in their career. You will be the first point of contact on an IT helpdesk and provide support to the end user, making best use of the tools available and resolving as many issues as possible at the first stage. If no solution can be found at initial stages you will be responsible for reporting the incident to the correct team.
Basic IT skills are essential and previous customer service experience is beneficial.
