IT Support Assistant
Blue Arrow’s client is looking to recruit 2nd line IT Support Assistants who are looking for a career with progression. The successful candidate will supply support to the initial point of contact on a busy helpdesk. You will be required to identify and resolve IT issues to users. You will also be responsible for software rebuilds (workstations & laptops) remotely. All solutions must be documented to capture knowledge for future reference.
You must have the capability to troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems and the ability to offer advanced advice on all MS Office 2003 products.
