Site Manager
Hays have been retained by a large construction group based in Inverness to assist with their recuitment of a Site Manager. The company have recently won a large residential contract in the north highlands wto be developed over 3 years.
Duties and responsibilities will include managing the build process from start to finish, co-ordinate site activity and staff. The site manager will alocate work, implament the health & safety plan and enforce. The company requires candidates to be well experienced in residential builds, minimum of 3 years experience. Candidates can either have a Construction Diploma (building & construction) or trades background.
In return the successful applicant with be rewarded with an excellent financial package that reflects the experience and current earnings.
