Quantity Surveyor
As one of the largest Building Services contractors in the country, our client has an expansion plan which is unmatched by their competitors. Due to continued expansion an immediate vacancy for an industry experienced Quantity Surveyor has arisen in their Elgin depot.
The successful candidate would be expected to assist the Commercial Manager who takes prime responsibility for advising Branch Manager/Director on the commercial risk elements of contracts from tender stage through to final completion. And Plan the commercial activities required for each contract, and constantly monitors and controls the costs involved.
2-3 years experience is essential preferably in a Building Services or construction environment. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and hold all relevant documentation. The successful candidate will be a hardworking, focussed and hands on individual, with a take control attitude and enjoys completing tasks.
In return you will receive all the usual perks and benefits along with a negotiable annual salary of between £33’000-£38’000.
