Quantity Surveyor
Being one of the largest building contractors in the north of scotland, and with plans for major expansion over the coming years, an immediate opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and forward thinking Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients succesful Inverness team.
With an extensive portfilio of projects and contracts successfully delivered, our client has a proven track record in both the construction and civil sectors.
The appointed applicant will initially become involved in surveying large construction contracts already in place, ensuring the successful delivery of on-going surveys. Accordingly, candidates for this role will idealy have 2-3 years experience in a QS position in a construction environment and be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and execllent communication and organisational skills.
