Project Manager
Hays have been retained by a construction company based in Wick to assist with their recruitment of a Contracts Manager. The company are a building and civil engineering contractor and have recently started a £2.5 million pound building contract for a nuclear waste retaining facility.
The company are looking for an experience contracts manager with 4-5 years working in the building industry. Candidates must have existensive knowledge of large retaining walls, steel structure ideally has work on a nuclear construction site before. The contracts manager will have responsibility for the safe and efficient running of the site, liasing with client on contract progression, sub-contract and material order.
In return, the successful applicant will be rewarded with an excellent financial package which include great salary, company car, pension and other negotiable perks. The company are also situated in a very cheap area to live in.
